Hermes: For small/medium items (2 day signed service)
UK Mail: For larger, heavier and fragile items (Next day service)
We also offer a next day service for an extra cost of £6.95.
Our pre-assembled cabinets are delivered by a specialist courier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Next day delivery is not available on these items. We will aim to deliver within 3-5 working days but often it is before. These items are delivered to your door ONLY.
Items must be returned in original packaging and invoice enclosed, postage is to be paid for by the buyer and we recommend using a trackable service.
Once the item is received, we will inspect its condition to ensure that the item is fit to resell ie, no scratches, marks or other visible damage. Once checked, we will go ahead and issue a refund in the same manner as the original payment method.
Faulty & Incorrect Items
If your item has been damaged in transit or there is a manufacturing flaw, we would ask you to forward a photograph showing the problem. On receipt, we would then judge whether it is worth bringing the item back or asking you to dispose of it. At this point a replacement or refund would be offered.
If we require the product back we would send, by email, a pre-paid Hermes label for a small/medium product and ask you to print off and label the parcel and drop off at your nearest Hermes Parcelshop which we would detail for you. In the event of something larger we would ask Yodel to collect from your address.

Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped within 24 hours from date of purchase. Please note our cut-off time to process and dispatch an order is 2pm. Orders that are placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday, with the exception of a Bank Holiday.
Non UK Mainland deliveries, which include the The Highlands, Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, will incur an extra charge.
